Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial analysis and modelling for various corporate finance transactions.
  • Support senior team members in engagements related to mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising.
  • Conduct thorough research on market trends, industry performance, and regulatory changes impacting clients.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and financial models for client deliverables.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to deliver integrated solutions across service lines.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions with valuable insights.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related quantitative field, graduating in 2027.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective client and team interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in corporate finance, transactions, or financial services.
