Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on labor relations, employment contracts, and social security.
• Represent the company in labor disputes and administrative proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement internal labor policies and procedures.
• Conduct legal audits and risk assessments related to labor matters.
• Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and advise management accordingly.

Requirements

• Law degree with specialization in labor law or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Labor Relations Lawyer, preferably in a logistics or health sector company.
• In-depth knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and regulations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Spanish and strong legal writing skills are essential.
