Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on labor relations, employment contracts, and social security.
- Represent the company in labor disputes and administrative proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement internal labor policies and procedures.
- Conduct legal audits and risk assessments related to labor matters.
- Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and advise management accordingly.
Requirements
- Law degree with specialization in labor law or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Labor Relations Lawyer, preferably in a logistics or health sector company.
- In-depth knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and regulations.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Spanish and strong legal writing skills are essential.
