Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership across all Dubai campuses.
• Line-manage academic staff, including Senior Teachers and the Assistant Academic Manager.
• Implement and monitor academic quality assurance processes across programs.
• Oversee delivery of a broad academic portfolio.
• Work closely with Admissions and Operations to ensure appropriate academic decisions are implemented accurately.
• Act as the academic point of contact for local delivery partners.

Requirements

• Extensive teaching experience across a range of levels and learner profiles.
• Significant experience in academic management or coordination within a language school, pathway, or higher-education-related context.
• Proven experience of lesson observation, staff development, and CPD planning.
• Strong understanding of curriculum and assessment implementation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
