Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage with key decision-makers at prospective enterprise clients in the HR and talent acquisition space.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of Stafio.ai’s platform capabilities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and successful closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, preferably within HR Tech or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition challenges, and the HR technology landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions clearly and concisely.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a consistent history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
