Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts within the IT services and consulting sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas, contributing significantly to revenue growth.
- Understand client needs thoroughly and propose suitable IT solutions from the IDS portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in account management or sales, specifically within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, system integration, software solutions, and data center infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
