    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with iGaming partners.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention with Altitude Pay’s solutions.
    • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing client portfolios.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, providing timely resolutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and product enhancements.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and client-specific requirements to provide strategic advice.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Account Success Manager or similar client-facing role, preferably in FinTech or iGaming.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and foster strong client relationships.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
    • Ability to understand technical product details and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
    • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving client success metrics.
