Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly general ledger procedures, including journal entry preparation and account analysis.
• Perform General Ledger reconciliation with sub ledgers monthly and at year-end closing.
• Execute monthly accounts payable procedures, preparing journal vouchers and batches for payment transactions.
• Validate customer history, aging reports, and update stakeholders on late receipts.
• Perform daily reconciliation between bank accounts and own records of treasury transactions.
• Prepare monthly reports related to revenue analysis, customer analysis, and budget utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience across financial accounting functions.
• Experience with Microsoft dynamics ERP is an advantage.
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards (e.g., IFRS).
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Strong compliance with internal financial controls and procedures.
