Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journals, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash accounts, and intercompany transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, including VAT returns and related documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in logistics, transport, or service-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and UAE financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
