Key Responsibilities
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Maintain historical records and ensure data accuracy.
- Pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks.
- Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly financial reports.
- Continuously improve the payment process and address vendor inquiries.
Requirements
- A great understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required.
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Studies, or Accounting is beneficial.
- Attention to detail and data entry skills are crucial.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
