Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations including VAT filings
- Work closely with the management team to support financial planning and analysis
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in Dubai, UAE
- Experience in Dubai’s real estate industry is required, with exposure to Brokerage and Holiday Homes operations
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT regulations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and other accounting software
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
