Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations for vacation rental clients.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to optimize client performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
- Profound understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
