Job Overview
Teneo is seeking an Accounting Assistant responsible for processing invoices, expenses, and reconciliation of credit cards. You will maintain internal controls, resolve supplier queries, and provide financial support. The role reports to the Financial Controller and requires eligibility for dual employment in Saudi Arabia due to occasional travel to the Riyadh office.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all purchase ledger accounts are accurate and updated on system.
- Accurately record supplier invoices, expenses, and credit card costs.
- Ensure all costs are properly authorized prior to payment.
- Ensure accurate payment of all suppliers and expenses.
- Perform bank reconciliations and process petty cash transactions.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth accounting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
