    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive accounting and financial assistance to CRADESC.
    • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded, managed, and reconciled.
    • Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports in compliance with standards.
    • Advise CRADESC on financial best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Support annual audits and facilitate financial reviews.
    • Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls and systems.

    Requirements

    • Proven expertise and extensive experience in accounting and financial management.
    • Strong understanding of non-profit accounting principles and regulations.
    • Ability to work effectively with international and non-governmental organizations.
