Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Provide recommendations and improvements to internal accounting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager or similar senior role.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including IFRS.
