Rotana Hotels & Resorts Company Description
Rotana Hotels is seeking out passionate and experienced professional to act as their account clerk and manage crucial financial responsibilities.
As an Accounts Clerk you will be responsible to assist the Finance Team with accounting records and assist the Paymaster with updating payroll system. Moreover the accounts clerk will also be responsible for:
- Make request list for the office supplies, logistics, and stationary
- Maitain accounting records while receiving and distributing it with Finance Department
- Ensure that all attendance sheets from multiple departments are approved before forwarding to Paymaster
- Distribute pay slips to the Department Heads and obtain their signatures upon delivery
- Answer incoming calls promptly, transferring calls wherever necessary and record messages accurately
- Call up suppliers to collect pending payments
- Maintain high level of record confidentiality
