Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and checks.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Accountant or in a similar finance role (2 Year+ experience).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
