Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and files, ensuring data integrity.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
