Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process all accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and receipts to guests and corporate clients.
  • Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and initiate collection efforts.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in billing or payments.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts receivable records.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
