Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process all accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and receipts to guests and corporate clients.
- Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and initiate collection efforts.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in billing or payments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts receivable records.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
