Job Overview
Edari is hiring an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage incoming payments, ensure accurate invoicing, maintain financial records, and provide financial reporting. This is a 6-month renewable contract role reporting to the Invoicing & Revenue Manager within the Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile receipts for various payment methods using Oracle – Fusion.
- Generate invoices based on sales orders, contracts, or service agreements.
- Process payments and reconcile accounts receivable (AR) ledger.
- Reconcile physical collections with daily collection reports and banking transactions.
- Prepare AR aging reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACA/ACCA/CPA preferred.
- Strong experience in AR/AP accounting and invoicing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
