Key Responsibilities
- Process and apply cash receipts and electronic payments accurately.
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up with clients.
- Prepare and send invoices, statements, and other billing documents.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
