Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Maintain an organized and accessible document management system for all project phases.
  • Assist with general administrative duties to support project teams and office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for document control, archiving, and retrieval.
  • Facilitate efficient communication and document flow between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute project-related correspondence, minutes of meetings, and reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Admin/Document Controller, preferably within the interior fit-out or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in document control software and a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements for documentation in the UAE is a plus.
