    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle employee visa processes, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and adjustments.
    • Coordinate with MOHRE, Immigration, and other relevant government authorities.
    • Manage administrative documentation, permits, and approvals.
    • Support HR and PRO-related activities, including record-keeping and compliance.
    • Assist with onboarding and exit procedures for employees.
    • Maintain up-to-date employee and administrative records.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in administrative affairs, PRO, or related roles within the UAE.
    • Strong knowledge of UAE visa, labor, and governmental procedures.
    • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) and ability to commute to Umm Al Quwain.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Candidates residing near Umm Al Quwain City preferred.
