    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform general clerical duties, including typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
    • Respond to, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including phone calls, faxes, and emails.
    • Facilitate the collection, distribution, and dispatch of all correspondence (couriers/letters/bills).
    • Send out internal communications for any new updates to ensure all personnel are aware.
    • Coordinate and facilitate the supply and maintenance of office equipment.
    • Support filing and other document control activities to ensure all documents are stored and available.

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma required.
    • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
    • Proficiency in performing general clerical duties.
    • Ability to manage and distribute correspondence effectively.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
