    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
    • Organize meetings and provide clerical support.
    • Maintain professional communication and answer phone calls.
    • Assist executives with administrative tasks.
    • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
    • Perform EPOS analysis for marketing and trade activities.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
    • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication.
    • Experience with Clerical skills, including managing documents.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
