    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as gatekeeper to junior professionals and maintain relationships with clients and internal colleagues.
    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate with other assistants, and confirm meetings.
    • Cover multiple phone lines, and communicate with clients as requested.
    • Send and reply to emails on behalf of professionals; draft other correspondence.
    • Arrange travel and reservations for professionals, using good judgement with respect to timing and cost.
    • Handle confidential documents and correspondence, including some personal administration.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years’ of experience working in financial services, law firms or private equity funds.
    • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and high attention to detail.
    • Professional presence, positive demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce experience a plus.
