Key Responsibilities
- Personal Assistant duties for the CEO, including non-office related tasks.

- Coordinate office procedures, manage data entry, and handle petty cash.
- Organize and maintain local personnel records.
- Manage statutory license renewals.
- Coordinate import/export shipments and manage associated paperwork.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an office administrative assistant role.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging.

- Proficiency in MS Office or HRM (Zoho People).
