    Key Responsibilities

    • Personal Assistant duties for the CEO, including non-office related tasks.

    • Organize and maintain local personnel records.
    • Manage statutory license renewals.
    • Coordinate import/export shipments and manage associated paperwork.

    Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience in an office administrative assistant role.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
