Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize files, both paper and electronic.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
