    Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the resort’s Casino Marketing team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the SVP of Casino Marketing and assist in various marketing and operational tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the SVP of Casino Marketing, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and strategy sessions.
    • Develop, update, and analyze reports and data using Excel.
    • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to gather information.
    • Assist in the organization of special events, conferences, and client engagements.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle communications professionally.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or coordinator role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
    • Flexibility to adjust schedule and support business needs during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
