Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other confidential documents.
  • Organize and coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing inquiries professionally.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all administrative tasks, contributing to the CEO’s overall productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
