Job Overview

C Market Coffee, a specialty café and roastery operated by BH Food Group Ltd., is hiring a Student Office Assistant Intern in Port Coquitlam, BC. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical office administration, logistics, and operations experience in a fast-paced and growing food and beverage company.

As an Administrative Intern, you will support daily office functions, assist with inventory and logistics, and provide direct administrative support to the management team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to phone calls and emails professionally.
• Perform daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
• Support inventory tracking and supply ordering across multiple café locations.
• Prepare delivery schedules and manage shipment documentation.
• Assist with processing receipts, invoices, and financial records.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and track follow-up tasks.
• Provide general office and administrative support to the management team.

Requirements

• Must be a current student.
• Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Ability to work 35+ hours per week.
• Valid full driver’s license and reliable commute to Port Coquitlam.
• Proficiency with Mac OS and strong computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and English.
• Experience in administration, logistics, or customer service.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, or Shopify.
