Job Overview

Al Khoory Group, a leading diversified conglomerate in the UAE with operations across Real Estate, Automobiles, Equipment Trading & Servicing, and Hospitality, is seeking a full-time Administrative Personal Assistant to join its Dubai office. The successful candidate will support senior executives with day-to-day administrative tasks, correspondence, and personal errands while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation.
  • Maintain office filing systems and ensure smooth administrative operations.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to support executive needs.
  • Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.
  • Assist executives with both professional and personal tasks.
  • Manage confidential information with strict discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Personal Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, or Administrative roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
