Job Overview
Al Khoory Group, a leading diversified conglomerate in the UAE with operations across Real Estate, Automobiles, Equipment Trading & Servicing, and Hospitality, is seeking a full-time Administrative Personal Assistant to join its Dubai office. The successful candidate will support senior executives with day-to-day administrative tasks, correspondence, and personal errands while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation.
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to support executive needs.
- Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.
- Assist executives with both professional and personal tasks.
- Manage confidential information with strict discretion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Personal Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, or Administrative roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
