    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement advocacy and campaign strategies to promote human rights.
    • Coordinate campaign activities and mobilize supporters to take action.
    • Liaise with government officials, NGOs, and international organizations to advance Amnesty International’s goals.
    • Monitor and analyze human rights issues in Italy and globally.
    • Prepare reports, briefings, and other materials for advocacy and campaign purposes.
    • Represent Amnesty International Italy in public forums and media engagements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in human rights, political science, international relations, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in advocacy, campaigning, or related work.
    • Strong knowledge of human rights issues and international human rights law.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Fluency in Italian and English.
