Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients, engaging decision-makers to promote PayWay’s EWA platform.
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential businesses.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Provide valuable market feedback to the product development team to inform future enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the FinTech, SaaS, or related technology sectors.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to persuade.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse business clients.
- Solid understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and the full sales pipeline.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to meet strategic goals.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is highly preferred due to the regional market.
