Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Hub agenda and executive planning cycles.
• Manage timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets across AI programs.
• Provide clear updates on risks, blockers, KPIs, and decisions.
• Build high-impact presentations for senior leadership.
• Shape culture, communications, offsites, and team initiatives.
• Support hiring and onboarding across AI programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management (AI, data, tech, or consulting preferred).
• Strong experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree (PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus).
