Key Responsibilities

• Ensure aircraft availability and operational readiness through efficient maintenance planning and execution.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and certifications.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance management, preferably within a mid-senior leadership capacity.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, maintenance standards (e.g., ICAO, national authorities), and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong decision-making aptitude under pressure.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced international aviation environment.
