Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all airport operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with aviation standards.
- Oversee ground handling, passenger services, and cargo operations, maintaining high service quality.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the overall customer experience for Etihad guests.
- Manage and mentor airport staff, including overseeing training, performance, and scheduling.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local and international aviation regulations and Etihad’s operational policies.
- Liaise effectively with airport authorities, ground service providers, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in airport operations management within a commercial airline setting.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to liaise with various stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of international aviation regulations, safety standards, and airport procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural international environment.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Uzbek or Russian is highly advantageous.
