Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers from platforms such as Alibaba, 1688, Global Sources, Made-in-China, and direct factory contacts.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process including purchase orders, production timelines, and quality checks.
- Monitor Amazon inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Oversee pre-shipment inspections, product testing, and packaging requirements.
- Continuously improve sourcing, procurement, and logistics processes for cost savings and faster lead times.
- Provide regular reports on supplier performance, landed costs, and inventory health.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
- Proven experience in Amazon FBA/FBM supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience with logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Excel, and supply chain management tools.
