Key Responsibilities
- Offer cold towels, dates, water/juice, and Arabic coffee to arriving guests.
- Provide information about UAE history and culture.
- Initiate conversations with guests in the lobby.
- Prepare cold and hot towels, juice, and Arabic coffee.
- Clear used cups and towels, placing them in designated areas.
- Prepare Arabic coffee from Al Majlis kitchen, following standards.
Requirements
- Awareness of UAE customs, history, and culture.
- Fluent in Arabic.
- 1 year of guest service experience in a 5-star hotel.
