Key Responsibilities
- Assist in market research and data analysis related to M&A and corporate finance activities.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for client and candidate meetings.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update internal databases with relevant industry and candidate information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
