Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update internal databases with relevant industry and candidate information.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
