Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) Office in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities in the energy sector.
- Assist in the preparation of data-driven reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams on new projects and initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing Enpal’s energy ecosystem.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
