Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members across Retail to understand their data needs, define key metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data using various data sources and tools.
- Generate insights and recommendations to answer critical business questions.
- Lead the definition and scoping of dashboard requirements in alignment with business needs.
- Generate reports to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders using data analytics / visualisation tools / dashboards.
- Support the development and adoption of predictive analytics, AI/ML models to optimize demand forecasting and inventory management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience on data and analytics functions preferably in Retail.
- Proficient and Hands-on experience on SQL, Python, R, BI tools, Dataiku platform.
- Experience in ML models operationalization and business value realization.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
