Job Overview
Medison Pharma is hiring an APAC Compliance Officer to establish and lead its regional compliance program across Australia, Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and beyond. This position plays a strategic role in ensuring adherence to global compliance standards and regional regulations, driving a culture of ethics and integrity across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the APAC Compliance Program in line with global standards.
- Assess and monitor compliance risks; drive improvements through internal controls.
- Provide guidance to leaders on compliance, ethics, and regulatory matters.
- Deliver training and communications to promote a culture of integrity.
- Advise on HCP engagements, donations, sponsorships, and due diligence.
- Support internal audits, investigations, and transparency reporting.
- Act as Medison’s regional compliance ambassador across APAC.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ compliance experience in healthcare or life sciences, preferably in multiple APAC markets.
- Deep understanding of anti-bribery/anti-corruption legislation (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, POBO).
- University degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
- Strong ethics, cultural awareness, and proven leadership in compliance.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with strong influencing skills.
