Key Responsibilities
- Develop and contribute to the content strategy for the banking website.
- Write, edit, and update website content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and regulatory awareness.
- Translate complex banking concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
- Align content with brand guidelines, messaging tone, UX, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and compliance teams.
- Ensure consistency between English and Arabic content.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content writing for retail banking, digital banking, fintech, or financial institutions.
- Minimum 3 years of professional content writing experience.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, including accounts, loans, and credit cards.
