    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate approvals from local authorities, including Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and DCD.
    • Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams for timely submission and follow-up on approvals.
    • Liaise with clients and external consultants/designers to align project documentation and requirements.
    • Review drawings, documents, and compliance reports before submission to authorities.
    • Maintain updated knowledge of local authority guidelines, regulations, and processes.
    • Track and document approval statuses, ensuring project timelines are met.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (mandatory).
    • Valid UAE Driving License (DL) – mandatory.
    • SOE Card – mandatory.
    • Minimum 4–5 years of total experience, with at least 2 years of Dubai experience in approvals or authority coordination.
    • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English).
    • Proven experience handling authority submissions and approvals in Dubai.
