Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage kitchen managers and teams across assigned units.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, training, and continuous coaching for all operational staff.
- Conduct regular audits for SOP adherence, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and deliver KPIs including kitchen time, aggregator ratings, product availability, order accuracy, and customer experience metrics.
- Drive cost controls including food cost, wastage, labor scheduling, and utilities.
- Maintain daily communication with unit managers and provide clear direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in multi-unit management within F&B, QSR, or hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving operational targets and team leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
