• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or multi-site operations management.
• Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong operations management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Client-focused, proactive, and capable of maintaining discretion.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
