Key Responsibilities

- Ensure high standards of store operations, VM, and brand guidelines.
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers and retail teams.

- Support recruitment, training, and performance management.

- 5+ years of experience in retail management (luxury, beauty, or fragrances preferred).
- Strong leadership, commercial, and analytical skills.
