Key Responsibilities
- Develop a vision and regional strategy for the Middle East Market.
- Drive sales and exceed sales targets as set for the Middle East Region.
- Build and manage a team for the region.
- Develop new prospects and convert them into customer and channel partner base.
- Meet existing customers, consultants, and end-users to gather relevant Market information.
- Organize recurring Product Trainings to New & Existing Customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years of direct selling experience to key accounts technically and commercially.
- Experience in related field like Automatic door Sensors or Sensing Solutions is preferred.
- Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills.
- Strong technological background. Understands Technological details utilized in different sensors.
- Good understanding of the building industry (if possible, Automatic Door/Industrial Door).
- Bachelor’s degree from University in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or closely related field.
