    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop a vision and regional strategy for the Middle East Market.
    • Drive sales and exceed sales targets as set for the Middle East Region.
    • Build and manage a team for the region.
    • Develop new prospects and convert them into customer and channel partner base.
    • Meet existing customers, consultants, and end-users to gather relevant Market information.
    • Organize recurring Product Trainings to New & Existing Customers.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5-10 years of direct selling experience to key accounts technically and commercially.
    • Experience in related field like Automatic door Sensors or Sensing Solutions is preferred.
    • Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills.
    • Strong technological background. Understands Technological details utilized in different sensors.
    • Good understanding of the building industry (if possible, Automatic Door/Industrial Door).
    • Bachelor’s degree from University in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or closely related field.
