Key Responsibilities
- Conduct performance analysis of key distributors across sell-in, sell-out, and A&P spend.
- Plan, negotiate, and secure in-store trade marketing activations in coordination with local DSR teams.
- Ensure consistent execution of the brand’s visual identity and retail image across all points of sale.
- Track and manage distributor order cycles to ensure alignment with sell-through trends and forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Identify and propose CAPEX investment opportunities aligned with strategic retail development and brand elevation goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or retail operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to travel (up to 40% of the time).
