    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned area.
    • Manage and grow existing client accounts within the hotel, restaurant, and café sectors.
    • Identify and acquire new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare comprehensive reports.
    • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the food distribution or F&B industry.
    • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing sales teams.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Cambodian Food & Beverage market.
    • Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
