Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned area.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts within the hotel, restaurant, and café sectors.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the food distribution or F&B industry.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Cambodian Food & Beverage market.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
